[MonoDevelop] File order in tabs

No,definitely not. They start that way, but after a time they open pretty
much anywhere. Moreover, they move, a file can be near the left, then later
on it may be more to the middle. Of course those two observations are not
uncorrelated. Perhaps my usage is out of the norm, I have MD open on a
large solution (~20 projects, each of ~20 files), and I leave it open until
it crashes (which with the recent upgrades can be more than a week). I
cycle through a great many files over this time. I open most, but the
debugger opens some too if that matters. The "shuffling" effect is
disconcerting and has become a bit of a joke amongst our development team
(I am not alone in the observation). Perhaps this is something that merits
a bug report?
