[MonoDevelop] New C# project template for MD 2.6

Hello, 

I'm able to create an addin with new project templates, I also want to
import a new targets file for the project template I create, How do I
achieve this? 

By default CSharp targets file is imported, along with this targets file I
need to import a custom target for my project template.
