I can confirm this on Kubuntu 10.10 with Monodevelop 2.4. A simple
console app with a Hebrew sentence displays the characters in
left-to-right order instead of right-to-left. Note that this is in the
"Monodevelop External Console". My regular console (KDE Konsole)
displays Hebrew with no problems.
