[MonoDevelop] Arabic Support

but what about Linux, i tried it on linux and it is the same problem.
in Linux the arabic chars is displayed correctly in design time (in Mono
Develop) but in run time it appear disconnected and from left to right.

in Mac it displayed like unreadable symbols in design time and disconnected
and from left to right in run time.
