[MonoDevelop] Adding a project to the configuration mappings

I'm seeing this with a MonoTouch project. I'm trying to add the main 
code project to the AdHoc Distribution configuration; the solution 
has Ad Hoc defined, the projects all have Ad Hoc defined, but the 
project doesn't show up in the Configuration Mappings tab of the 
Solution Options>Builds>Configurations page. Ad Hoc was a 
configuration I had to define, the rest were already in place.
