[MonoDevelop] Can't Run/Debug. Huh?

I've heard of this happening when the addin cache/database became corrupt,
though I don't think it's common or reproducible.

Try removing ~/.config/MonoDevelop/addin* (linux/mac) or
~\AppData\Roaming\MonoDevelop\addin* (windows 7, other windows similar).

Like I said, "My Debugger AddIn is still right where it should be."
We already checked that, on both machines that are having problems.
The debugger is installed in both places.  Besides, it used to work
fine on my machine, and I can't imagine that the debugger plugin would
spontaneously uninstall itself.  (At least I hope not.)
