[MonoDevelop] Difference between MonoDevelop vs MonoToolsforvisual studio

I am new to mono world. I want to know what are the things lacking in
monodevelop compare to monotools for visual studio. If we get the difference
then we can decide whether to buy monotools for VS or not???
