[MonoDevelop] xsp4 and OpenSUSE 11.3?

Install OpenSUSE 11.3
Install Mono 2.8.1
Install MonoDevelop 2.4.1
If your Web.config has targetFramework you'll get 

Unrecognized attribute 'targetFramework'.

Would somebody let me know when this works?
