[MonoDevelop] Deploying C# desktop applications

Please find attached documentation outlining the process, as I
understand it, for building Debian distributions of C# desktop
applications developed using the Monodevelop IDE.

Comments and corrections welcomed.

I believe that MD possibly has a couple of bugs in this area with
Autotools files that it produces - I'll await comments before filing any
bug reports.

It seems to me that MD is weak in this area and that more could be done
to make this process simpler for applications developers to deploy
desktop solutions...
