[MonoDevelop] Add-in installation failure

Hi,

I'm trying to install an add-in from a repository but it fails.

It looks like its trying to contact the repository and the progress bar goes
to about half way but I get an error message saying "The installation failed
!"

Is there some way to work out what went wrong ? I'm on OSX and I had a look
in the console but couldn't spot anything. Are errors logged any were ?
