[MonoDevelop] screen capture

This isn't really a monodevelop question.

Doing this will depend on what platform you are aiming for, I think you
can get a screenshot using winforms.

Not sure what you mean about 'when logged off' you will have different
conditions based on different platforms for detecting a locked screen.

If you are logged out then your program's gui wont be running.
