[MonoDevelop] Trace/Debug output in MonoDevelop

Every week I hear somebody saying "MonoDevelop is useless without XXX",
where XXX is always something different. There are many use cases for
MonoDevelop, there are many kinds of projects, and many development
habits. We can't cover them all, but we do our best to provide a
balanced set of features, given the resources we have.
