[MonoDevelop] No Create SQL Server Dialog.

For info I can say that under OS X 10.6, running Monodevelop 2.4 I have no
problems with the dialog as OT. I have not installed any ADO.NET provider
(but I am sure it comes with the installation), nor have I referenced
System.Data.
