[MonoDevelop] 2.2.2 + U 9.10

1. The "not easy" comment comes from the fact that much of everything that
monodevelop 2.2.2 depends on needs to be rebuilt for 9.10.  I am not sure, I
think that I read that on the ubuntu forums.

2.  PPA is Personal Package Archive.  Usually, developer or competent users
build *.deb and put them up for the good of others.  In my experience, there
is little risk of breaking things by enabling a PPA.  The one I posted
didn't break anything.

3.  I am not sure, I think if you use dpkg, you can get the ubuntu
maintainer for monodevelop.  At the moment, I am not on a linux box to try
it.

4.  I am brand new too, so this is the correct list.
