[MonoDevelop] Where to download MonoDevelop v2.2?

Hello there,

After I updated MonoDevelop from v2.2 to v2.4 yesterday, I found that there is no way to install Monobjc Add-ins because the Add-ins looks for MonoDevelop v2.2 libraries.

Now I would like to go back to MD 2.2. Does anyone know the link to download?
