[MonoDevelop] Empty toolbox after fresh install

After I posted my question I found a way to IRC Channel. There I was told to
use badgerports.org  repository and update mono-develop to version 2.4 and
core libraries to 2.6.
I did update and now problem seems to have fixed now.
