am using MonoDevelop and sometimes even vi  ... down and dirty.

http://www.github.com/vasili/FSharpBinding to ascertain what has to be still
be down. Some code will need to be "thrown" away. E.g. the parser code I
took directly from CSharp and "naively" changed for FSharp. I strongly
suggest you (and others) review the FSharpBinding code as well. gtk-gui is
totally bogus, i.e. I didn't use the Designer.
