[MonoDevelop] Satellite assemblies not being included in package project

I just submitted https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=615700
for a believed bug with satellite assemblies not being included in
package project.

Is there a workaround for this, while still keeping the package
project for the main work? Is it possible to "attach" a script
somewhere so that it will be run when the packaging project is
performing the packaging?
