[MonoDevelop] Import VS2K5 c# project with dll to MonoDevelop in Ubuntu 10.4

You'll have to check and see if that third-party dll is a true .Net dll (with
no Windows specifics) or if it's a COM/Win32 based dll. If it's a true .Net
dll it might have a chance of working all depending on what kind of calls it
makes.
