[MonoDevelop] Are there plans for a WPF/Silverlight/Moonlight graphical designer?

More like a split preview/editor than a full designer but you might like
this:

Since the above it now uses gtksourceview.  Underneath it uses
moonlight.gtk, It might work quite well if I can figure out how to make
it into an addin
