[MonoDevelop] Please add basic support for .spark files

Hi,

My web application uses the Spark view engine [
http://sparkviewengine.com/ ] on asp.net/mvc. The markup is similar to
HTML and the files end with ".spark". It would be really convenient
for me (and anyone using it) if MonoDevelop just treats any such files
as HTML rather than plain text files.
