[MonoDevelop] System.Threading/System.Threading.Tasks and mono

Hi Alan,

      How do I checkout/clone mono .NET 4 trunk code? I am attempting to
integrate a version of David Peixotto's CnC .NET into F#/MonoDevelop (David
is a Ph.D. student at Rice University here in Houston). I need access the
thread API. Thanks.
