[MonoDevelop] German translation updates

Hello Mike, hello list,

attached the latest translations.
Now 100% of the strings in HEAD are translated.

To answer myself: It works when I edit the .po files with MonoDevelop.

Mike Krueger said I should work on HEAD, not on 2.2, which is what I
will continue to do.
