[MonoDevelop] German translation updates

Hi Mike, hi list,

thank you for checking in the changes.
Attached you find a bunch of improvements.

I will continue to work on the translation, as there are still some
oddities in there, and some newer parts are not translated at all

I have two questions:
1. make update-po does not work for me, but I could need this in
   order to get the new strings in that still need translation (if I interpret
   the README and the gettext documentation correctly).

   When I run "make update-po" in main/po, I get the following error message
   -- besides some warnings like
WARNING: Ein Verweis zu dem pkg-config Paket 'mono-addins-0.2' wird ins
Makefile ausgegeben, da mindestens ein Assembly aus dem Paket im Projekt
'prj2make-sharp-lib' benutzt wird. Aber diese Abhängigkeit ist nicht in der
configure.in angegeben, dementsprechend könnte es nötig sein, sie hinzuzufügen,
um auf anderen System erfolgreich herzustellen.
   -- ...:

   Object reference not set to an instance of an object
   make: *** [update-po] Fehler 255

   I am currently at revision 149697

 2. Right now, I am following the version in trunk and update the
de.po file there.
  Is there also the possibility to improve the translations of the
current released
  version 2.2  (in case there are updates to it), so that
German-speaking users can
  profit from the improved translation immediately?
