In Mono SVN, there's a directory called "monodevelop". In that is a
directory called "main", which contains the core and default addins of
MD and is distributed in the monodevelop tarball, and a directory
called "extras" which contains addins that are distributed separately
(or are incomplete or unstable). If you check out the whole
"monodevelop" directory you will have everything.
