[MonoDevelop] Solution/project files missing in source package

Sharique,
Sorry for the delay in my reply, I think we are both talking about the
same thing but I'm not doing a good job of communicating it to you. I
have a lot of trouble with communication so I'm hopping someone else on
this list will jump in and help you with the problem.
