[MonoDevelop] Solution/project files missing in source package

Hi Andy,
You misunderstood my problem.
I'm not talking about packaging. I talking about output of source package
(tar.gz here), which does not contain solution/project file. If somebody
has downloaded source, he cannot open project even if he has MonoDevelop
installed.
