[MonoDevelop] IDE: What about custom themes?

All the white and bright colors of the default IDE hurt my eyes, I was
wondering how to change the theme to a more eye-friendly one but I wasn't
able to:
• in the visual style preferences, I can only pick "default"
• elsewhere in the preferences, there's just nothing related
• on google, I found nothing
• on the FAQ, still nothing
...?

(using monodevelop 2.4 on OSX 10.5 intel)
