[MonoDevelop] Monodevelop 2.4 web references

I forgot to mention that the error I am receiving when trying to add an ssl
web reference is "Error getting response stream (Write: The authenticate or
decryption has failed.): Send Failure.

I have compiled and run the tlstest.exe tool to verify that I do have the
correct trusted certificates.
