[MonoDevelop] How to set the Silverlight/Moonlight runtime to 3.0 (for the Preview)?

I am trying to use the Moonlight 3.0 preview and have been having problems
(Firefox errors).  Then I just realized that the MonoDevelop setting for
Silverlight/Moonlight's runtime is set at 2.0.

The problem is, this selection is locked (I can't change it).  I have copied
the Silverlight 3.0 DLLs to my project.

Is there a way to change the runtime selection in MonoDevelop?
