[MonoDevelop] How to start developing moonlight apps with MonoDevelop?

Guys, please help me or address to the right place to ask this question.

After googling I found just a few related topics with similar question
(how to install and use moonlight+monodevelop on ubuntu) - all of them
are unanswered.

I wouldn't return to windows just to evaluate silverlight..
