[MonoDevelop] How to start developing moonlight apps with MonoDevelop?

Hi,

I've installed MonoDevelop on my Ubuntu 9.10 karmic as well as all the
supported Moonlight packages:
libmono-wcf3.0-cil - Mono WCF libraries (for CLI 2.0)
libmoon - Free Software clone of Silverlight 1.0 - unstable runtime library
moonlight-plugin-core - Free Software clone of Silverlight 1.0 -
plugin core components
moonlight-plugin-mozilla - Free Software clone of Silverlight 1.0 -
Xulrunner 1.9 plugin

But I still can't see Moonlight project template in the MonoDevelop
solution wizard.
This is because the Moonlight runtime packages are the only supported,
not development ones, I guess.

Does anyone uses MonoDevelop+Moonlight on Ubuntu?

Could you please clarify what things I have to install to start
developing Moonlight applications?
