[MonoDevelop] Mono and Crontab

Quartz doesn't do anything magic here and it conforms to normal security
concepts. Whatever user your service or process quartz is running in, it
will use that process's security context.

When I had quartz.net running at my last job we had it running as a service
account and then we gave that service account access to any resources it
needed.
