[MonoDevelop] Mono and Crontab

Thank you I shall try out Quarz. 

I had to laugh at your comment about how bad cron was, I didn't realise
this. At least it seems better than Windows Scheduler. 

I am also looking for a solution that does not require root privileges to
install/configure. This is the one thing I liked about crontab, you can
access it from your normal user account. Does Quarz fulfill this
requirement?
