[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop | Disabled Menu Items

Hi,
    When I close some solution it disables "Open" in "File". I have to close
it in order to enable it.

[Ofcourse its Low priority issue in current situation: But Please look in to
that whenever possible]
Let me know if you want me to report it (say in bugzilla).
