[MonoDevelop] Language and Characters

Hello all,

First, thank you all guys for the amazing work you have done.

After trying several things, I am still unable to get MonoDevelop to  
show in the correct language on my Mac. It shows commands on "pt" but  
it should be "pt_BR" as it is how my Mac is configured. Any suggestions?

Also, I have talked to Michael a while ago about updating the  
translation to pt_BR a while ago. Can I do it (if it is the right  
moment to do so and nobody else is doing it)?
