[MonoDevelop] Cant use Custom Gtk# containers in designer

Hi all,

I've run into a problem when creating new widgets that contain empty  
containers like vbox or notepads, I can insert my new custom widget in  
my main window and then add other widgets to the containers in my new  
widget. But when I compile the project, the widgets I had just added  
in stetic to my new custom widget get removed.

I'm using trunk md 2.2 from yesterday and gtk#1.12.8. The same thing  
happens with stable md 2.0
