[MonoDevelop] Problem with 2.2 beta (alanb

Hi,

Try opening each problematic UI component(s) in the designer (not code
view).
Then compile.

This has been my fix for a problem that has existed for a very long
time.  I just don't know how to reproduce it to report a proper bug.
