Hi Alessandro,

Your .vb file showing you Chinese characters is an encoding problem I 
believe--you can contact Mike Krueger and he'll help you fix it, he 
usually goes by mkrueger on IRC (#mono or #monodevelop on 
irc.gnome.org), or you can mail him.
