[MonoDevelop] Advice required - is monodevelop beta stable? I think I have hardware problems

I am using the standard linux ext3 filesystem. The Asus came with
windows but I installed Opensuse 11.0 (sorry I mistakenly said 11.1 in
my email) on a different partition and run everything from there. I
tried yesterday to upgrade to 11.1 following some instructions on the
web but it fell over so I have just reinstalled a clean 11.0 again. I
intend to upgrade to MD 2.0 beta 2 asap and will monitor the situation
from there.
