[MonoDevelop] Problem compiling monodevelop on linux ubuntu 8.04

Hi,

yes, the package name is mono-2.0, but the REAL version is 1.2.6, not
available with apt for 8.04.

Maybe I'll try from source.

I've compiled monodevelop 1-0 on windows, following yours (Levi Bard)
instructions:
