[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop on Windows

I have installed MonoDevelop on several Windows machines.  It works surprisingly well for a preview.   

I have tried it on a machine with Windows XP Pro SP2 and 2 other machines with Windows Vista Home Premium.

The main suggestion I have is automatically add the reference to the Atk Sharp assembly when creating a Gtk# application.  

Is it possible to create an add-in to MonoDevelop on Windows having only the binaries?   Or is it best to have the source to MonoDevelop and build it on Linux?
