[MonoDevelop] monodevelop dosn't load

Try and rename or remove your ~/.mono folder.  You may also find that
one of the add-ons for MD is the problem, but it is hard to guess which
one. I had to blow away the boo addins when building from svn a few
weeks ago.

In your source build, does 'make run' work for you?
