[MonoDevelop] how to run vb.net code in monodevelop2.0

I had the same problem it turned out the full vbnc package wasn't installed 

Might be specific for 9.04 but I couldn't install the vbnc package using:
sudo apt-get install vbnc
Instead:
sudo apt-get install mono-vbnc
