[MonoDevelop] Hidden/Not so obvious features

I'll document the new code completion, but first it needs to be working.
I need some feedback about it. Can it be improved, has it bugs etc.

We can really need help with doing documentation. 

Btw. I've begun to document the refactorings on the monodevelop wiki.

(btw. you're using an old one, your extract method has the 'static' bug,
it's not really a good PR to document the bugs with screenshots ^^)
