[MonoDevelop] Hidden/Not so obvious features

Whee! Lluis is back!

I tried putting the document on the wiki initially, but it became a
bit of a hassle and didn't really autosave too well when my browser
crashed. I also documented stuff which was in trunk, so it could serve
as a nice reference point for the 2.1 release.

I saw that the code completion has been improved with better searching
and highlighting. It's little features like this which are worth
documenting for reference of the other users. If the devs would shoot
me an email whenever they add some feature, I'll be happy to document
it for you with screenshots.
