[MonoDevelop] xsp2 web server cannot be started (but it has started??)

Hi Chris,

If I just run the application from MonoDeveloper without starting xsp2, I
get exactly the same error.

So because I did get this error (xsp2 web server cannot be started ), I
tried running XSP2. It seemed like the logical thing to do.

So what can I do so I do not get this error?
