[MonoDevelop] Monodevelop & Mono 2.2 troubles

This is very similar to what's happening to my installation: branch-2-2
and monodevelop trunk on Debian. I also opened a bug but I never
"pushed" for its resolution because it seemed that happened just to me.
It is not, doh! :)
