[MonoDevelop] Compiling takes a long time

Hi all,
find out myself.
I was using a large dataset with many tables and this was generated with VS2005.
All the DataTables and DataAdapters had a attribut
    [global::System.ComponentModel.ToolboxItem(true)]
;-(

i removed this attribut and now it works.
