[MonoDevelop] Add application output as a listener to Diganostics.Debug

Hi,

In VS, Diagnostics.Debug is a listener of System.Diagnostics.Debug class by
default.

Is there any way to do that in MonoDevelop? Per run? Per Application? Per
environment?
